Problems logging in
If you are getting an error message about your user login being block this is usually bevause your account administrator has blocked your login.
If you are getting a message about your account being banned please contact support as you will not be able to login to your account as it has been locked out.
If you've forgotten your password don't worry - it happens to the best of us. Just tell us your email address and we'll send you instructions on how to get a new password.
