Problems logging in

User blocked

If you are getting an error message about your user login being blocked this is usually because your account administrator has blocked your login:-

  • Your login has been suspended by the account admin. If this is the case you should contact the account admin.
  • If you are the account admin your login has been banned by WhizzyInvoice. If this is the case you should contact support for more information.

User locked out for 1 hour

To protect your account, when someone fails to log in to Invooz successfully 3 times we lock your account for 1 hour before we allow you to login again.

If you have triggered this by accident you should wait for 1 hour and then either try again or reset your password using the forgotten password page.

If you haven't tried to log in and are receiving this message it means someone else is trying to log in to your account. You should report this to us and we will investigate.
