Updating your thank you email template

Once your client has paid an invoice you should mark the invoice as paid. When doing this you can send a "thank you" email to the client notifying them that payment has been received. This template is used when formatting the email. If you have made changes you are unhappy with you can reset the template back to the default values.

Your email signature will automatically be added to the end of the email.

The thank you email template also supports using autotext so you can use placeholders for your invoices and client information.
